  My dog has recieved a really poor service today .on arrival for the second time we was made to wait past the booking time as "they was at lunch! " why are breaks being taken when there is a booking,which made my dog a bit anxious having to wait ,his face has not even been attempted to be trimmed unlike the first time i took him there ,very poor work ,seems alot of money for no results ,will not be returning due to this and none encouragement from staff to want to take my dog back ,such a shame as they was always great with my dog i had before

  My long haired collie has been here twice now. He can be an anxious boy and hesitant to go in, but each time he comes out super happy, well fed with treats and looking beautifully groomed. Both the lovely ladies that work here are great and I can’t fault them! Groomer today was particularly taken with our collie and can tell how much attention he was given, thank you!

  These girls did an amazing job today with Kenny . His first full groom the girls listened super friendly super professional. Truly sorry if Kenny tried to snap having his face done . But receiving feedback saying drop him by next week . I managed to do him myself with a bit of fighting lol . He’s a good lad he loves the staff at the Burgess Hill store . I’m confused with negative reviews these girls get they are lovely professional people who listen to the customer . I highly recommend 😘

  Very disappointed in the results not sure why the staff ask you what you want and ignore what you have said. The cut is appalling uneven with lots of straggly parts a very amateur looking job, expensive and definitely not worth the money.I would avoid this service like the plague . A very unhappy customer
